How do I receive my digital products?
Immediately after completing your purchase, you’ll see a download link on the confirmation page. We’ll also send you an email with a secure download link—just click “Download Now” to save your files to your device.
What file formats are provided?
All of our core products come in PDF format for universal compatibility. Where applicable (e.g. planners and journals), they’re delivered as fillable PDFs. Templates that require design software are provided in both Canva and PowerPoint (.pptx) formats.
Can I get a refund?
Because our products are delivered instantly and contain downloadable digital files, we generally do not offer refunds. If you encounter any technical issues or download errors, however, please reach out and we’ll make it right.
Are updates included?
Yes—any time we release a new version of a product (for example, bug fixes or additional pages), you’ll receive an email notification with fresh download links. All updates are free for life.
